Velar Development manages your project from idea to keys. We build the process so you have one point of contact instead of negotiating with a dozen separate contractors. For every project, we hand-pick architects, engineers and construction teams whose experience and style best match your goals. It all starts with the architectural project: we develop the full documentation package and, if you wish, build it turnkey.
A separate service is restoration: careful revival of historic and neglected buildings, preserving their character while upgrading them with modern engineering and comfort.
I came into construction from a legal background — and the first thing I noticed was how often clients get lost between the architect, the contractor and their own guesswork, signing vague agreements. I've also spent five years building digital products — and saw that this industry has almost no tools that give a clear answer to the first question anyone asks: how much will this cost. Velar Development is an attempt to combine both: legally transparent contracts with no fine print, and online calculators that show an estimated cost before the first phone call. We're a young studio: for every project, we deliberately assemble a vetted team of architects, engineers and construction crews, rather than keeping an inflated staff for appearances. My personal job is to make sure that team works as one — so you get a result, not excuses.
