It depends on the tier: from $14–20/m² for a layout without visualization, $30–45/m² for a full project with 3D, and from $70/m² for author supervision throughout the renovation. We'll confirm the exact amount after a short conversation about your property.

A technical project without visualization is ready in 2–3 weeks; a full project with 3D visualization takes 4–6 weeks depending on the area and number of rooms.
