There's no single fixed price "per m²" — the cost depends on style, number of floors, finishing class, engineering and the plot itself. Premium or de luxe finishing, or a heat pump instead of gas heating, can change the total significantly. Yes. Design is a separate service. The finished project can be built with our construction team or with any team of your choice.

Payment is staged, with no full upfront payment: 30% at the start, 30% during project development, and 40% after the finished documentation is delivered. Construction is also paid in stages, tied to results.

Obtaining a construction passport is included in the Premium package. In the Light and Basic packages, it can be ordered separately.
