From $12–15/m² for a sketch project, $14–25/m² with 3D visualization and a full drawing package, from $25/m² for a premium format with complex engineering. For plots of 6–10 sotka, fixed pricing applies: $300–800 per sotka depending on the format.
Yes, this is a standalone service. We visit any plot — with a house built by us or by another developer — and assess the terrain, soil and your preferences on site.
The minimum order is from $700 per project, even for a small plot.
A sketch project is ready in 1–2 weeks; a full working project with 3D takes 3–5 weeks depending on plot size.
