The optimal balance of price and insulation — the most common choice for private construction. Lighter than brick, faster to build with, holds heat well. A sensible baseline option if wall material isn't the top budget priority.
Durability and prestige — brick remains the benchmark for solid, generations-lasting construction. The greater wall mass means better heat retention and sound insulation, but also a more demanding, costlier foundation and a longer build time.
Freedom of layout and height — the frame carries the load, so walls between floors can be removed almost anywhere, and windows can span an entire wall. The most expensive option due to more complex technology, but the only one that gives full architectural freedom.
